1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuantaEdge (“the Service”), operated by Quanta Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuantaEdge provides algorithmic trade signal intelligence, market regime analysis, and strategy performance analytics. The Service delivers trade signals, risk metrics, and educational content via web dashboard, email, and Telegram.

QuantaEdge is NOT a registered investment advisor and does NOT provide personalized investment advice. All signals are generated by algorithms and are for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using QuantaEdge, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is available to users in the United States and select international jurisdictions. We reserve the right to restrict access based on geographic location.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. All fees are in US dollars. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Free trials, where offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.

6. No Investment Advice

The signals, analytics, and content provided by QuantaEdge are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Service's content as such.

We do not recommend that any financial instrument should be bought, sold, or held by you. Nothing on the Service constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer by Quanta Holdings LLC or any third-party service provider to buy or sell any securities or other financial instruments.

7. Risk Disclosure

Trading securities, options, and futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance of any trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results. 8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, code, signal methodologies, and design elements of QuantaEdge are the exclusive property of Quanta Holdings LLC. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quanta Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that signals will be profitable, timely, accurate, or uninterrupted.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
